Catering
A speciality of Idyllic Settlement Firleje is serving old-Polish food, made after old cooking recipes, which shall satisfy the most difficult to please gourmets. Dishes are served on wooden boards, in earthenware bowls and stoneware utensils with wooden cutlery.
An original edible table-service is made of wheat bran. Our cuisine adapts its menu to the nature of the event being carried out. The theme of a meeting determines selection of dishes and products served. In an expressly composed menu even a gourmet will find something delicious for him/herself.Chiefs of the Settlement prepare dishes for every occasion – starting from a family picnic, through a buffet during a company meeting of employees – up to an exclusive supper for VIPs.
We also render outgoing catering services, we attend events at the client’s. We are up to prepare catering away from Firleje. We have adequate equipment and qualified personnel at our disposal, and they will handle a task in every area.
Venison and old-Polish recipes.
We also offer crayfish, venison dishes – wild boar or dear roasted in open fire, pheasants and other wildfowl, open fire roasted lamb after an old-Polish recipe, and our pork-butchers products smoked in a traditional way which are made after a XIX century recipe.
